A Pike County man is facing criminal charges in Monroe County.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said they received a complaint of access device fraud from the Kmart store in Mt. Pocono.Through an investigation police determined the suspect was Joshua Huether, 20, of Greentown.Police obtained an arrest warrant for Huether and served it on him at his place of employment in Pocono Pines on Monday, March 14. He was arraigned before District Judge Anthony D. Fluegel, of Tobyhanna, and released on $2,500 unsecured bail on a charge of access device fraud.A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on March 25 before Fluegel.
