Seven enter guilty pleas

Seven persons in pending criminals cases entered guilty pleas on Thursday in Carbon County court before Senior Judge Richard W. Webb. The seven were:

Ryan Sean Cebrosky, 29, of Palmerton, pleaded guilty in two pending cases. He pleaded to one count of possession of marijuana for an incident on Oct. 12, 2010, at Third and Franklin in Palmerton, and one count of fleeing or attempting to elude police for an incident on June 4, 2010, along Delaware Avenue, in Palmerton.On the possession count Webb placed Cebrosky on probation for a year and ordered he get both drug and alcohol (D&A) and mental health evaluations and follow any recommendations for treatment, zero tolerance imposed on D&A use and submit to random testing. On the fleeing charge he was placed on probation for a year, concurrent to the possession count, with the same conditions.Cebrosky was also ordered by Webb to immediately go to the adult probation office and submit to a urine test.Keith Robert Else, 28, of Slatedale, pleaded to two counts of harassment. He was arrested on April 4, 2010, by state police at Lehighton, for an incident in Towamensing Township with Harry W. Campion the victim.Webb placed him on probation for 90 days on each count, running consecutively.Peter A. Fetchko, 55, of Coplay, pleaded to one count of driving under the influence (DUI). He was arrested on June 4, 2010, along Interchange Road in Franklin Township. Given a test, the result was .30BAC.Webb placed him on probation for six months and ordered he pay a fine of $300, get a D&A evaluation, and render three hours of community service per month while on probation.Nicole A. Miller, 24, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count each of persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She was arrested on June 7, 2010, at 23 W. Lizard Creek Road, in East Penn Township.Webb placed her on probation for six months on the conduct count and ordered her to get both D&A and mental health evaluations. On the public drunkenness charge she was placed on probation for 30 days, concurrent with the conduct charge.Todd Adam Miller, 47, of Bath, pleaded to one count of DUI. He was arrested on Oct. 21, 2010, along Forest Inn Road in Towamensing Township by state police. Given a test, the result was .26BAC.Webb deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office prepare a presentence investigation (PSI) report.Troy Warren Seel, 37, of Walnutport, pleaded to one count of DUI. He was arrested on Nov. 17, 2010, along Mauch Chunk St., in Palmerton. Given a test, the result was .21BAC.Webb deferred sentencing and ordered a PSI.Eric Michael Williams, 20, of Kunkletown R.2, pleaded to one count of receiving stolen property. He was arrested on July 31, 2009, by state police at Lehighton for an incident involving a Honda CR owned by Wilbert Hoffman and occurring in Towamensing Township. Troopers stopped Williams at SR209 and Trachsville Hill Road and learned the vehicle he was operating was reported stolen.Webb placed him on probation for a year.Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
