Lehighton police reported the arrest of Shawn P. Horn, 40, of 259 N. Third St., Lehighton, for harassment.

He was cited for an incident on Oct. 11, about 7:30 a.m. at his residence. It is alleged that he was involved in a physical incident with a 12-year-old male, police said.
