Are you computer literate? Can you help teach a disabled adult how to navigate with a mouse? Search the internet? Local facility needs your compassion and your expertise.
If you have a reliable car, there are hundreds of homebound in the county needing meals delivered to them. Especially in Mt. Pocono area, but many other opportunities available.
If you can't volunteer, perhaps you can donate hotel size toiletries to package for the homeles. You can give your Weis Market tapes to help your local library and food coupons for military families. Donate clean yarn, fabric and craft items like tiny flowers, colorful ribbons, exercise DVDS and DVD movies.
