State police at the Fern Ridge barracks on July 26 filed charges in Monroe County Court against a Bethlehem man for violating a Protection From Abuse order.

Police said the incident happened at 4 p.m. in the parking area of the Chestnuthill Diner, Rt. 209, Chestnuthill Township.Charged was Thomas Francis Healey Jr., 42.It is alleged that during a custody exchanged, he grabbed the arm of and pushed a 34-year-old female from Kunkletown who has the PFA order against him.She was uninjured.
