A criminal mischief incident that happened between 1-9 a.m. July 26 in Penn Forest Township is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is Dorthea Moser, Behrens Road, Jim Thorpe.Police said her 2000 Ford Ranger was parked in the parking lot of All-Points Towing, 136 Smith Road, when an unknown actor arrived at the scene and broke the rear and passenger's side windows on it. Police said the windows appear to have been shot by a BB or pellet rifle.
