A Monroe County man will have a charge of harassment filed against him following a domestic incident.

Pocono Mountain Regional police were called to the residence of Louann and Martin O'Brien, of 4414 Cedar Drive, in the Emerald Lakes development, in Tobyhanna Township, about 11:34 p.m. on Dec. 8 for a domestic disturbance.On scene officers were told that during an argument Martin allegedly slapped Louann acoss the right side of the face. Martin fled the scene prior to the arrival of police.
