Beatrice Burbes, a resident of Hometown Nursing Home and formerly of Lehighton will celebrate her 99th birthday on July 17.

She is the widow of Lewis Burbes, who passed away in 1979.She is the mother of two sons: Bruce Fritzinger, who resides in Lehighton with his wife, Charlotte, and Elmer Fritzinger, who passed away 10 years ago.A dinner is planned in her honor.
