Two New Ringgold men were among 15 who entered guilty pleas to criminal charges in Schuylkill County court and were sentenced by President Judge William E.. Baldwin.

Joshua John Green, 26, of 591 Stony Lane, for the robbery of the Uni-Mart Store in Saint Clair last Aug. 5, was sentenced to serve one to two years in a state correctional institution, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA) and make restituition of $161.70 to the store. He received credit for serving 137 days in the county prison. Green was cited by Saint Clair Sgt. William Dempsey.

Dustin Robert Gernert, 27, of 321 Hughes Ave., theft by removing scrap metal from Bell Corporation property in Schuylkill Township, was sentenced to serve three years on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, and make restitution of $3,000 to the Bell Company. Gernert was cited by Trooper John Sleboda.

Suzanne Elizabeth Reber, 26, of 288 Wood St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, defiant trespass on a apartment complex in Pottsville, as charged by Pottsville police was placed on probation 12 months and for retail theft of Walmart Store, Saint Clair, as charged by Saint Clair police, has to serve an additional 18 months on probation, pay $100 to CJEA, and make restitution of $201 to Fausto Olivio, Pottsville, and $233.05 to the store.

Franklin Krammes, 30, Pottsville, retail theft from Walmart Store in Saint Clair, was sentenced to serve12 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, and perfrom 20 hours of community service. He was cited by Saint Clairt Patrolman Chad Seitzinger.

Michelle Amanda McCrary, 26, Coal Township, retail theft from Walmart Store in Saint Clair, was sentenced to serve 18 months on probation, pay $50 to CJEA, and perform 20 hours of community service. She was cited by Saint Clair Patrolman Martin Sterner.

Brandon Scott Schaffer, 22, Pottsville, possession of drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund, and $50 to CJEA. He was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Brian Kotzmoyer.

Donald Lamar Felty, 47, Pine Grove, possession of a controlled substance (CS), was sentenced to serve one to two years in a state correctional institution with credit for having served 33 days in the county prison, pay $100 to SAE fund and make restitution of $176 to Bethlehem Regional Lab. On a charge of driving while his operating privileges were suspended was fined $1,000 and costs and serve a concurrent 30 days prison sentence. Felty was cited by Minersville Patrolman Richard C. Clink. He received a concurrent six to 12 months sentence for simple assault of a Schuylkill Haven woman, his former girlfriend and pay a $100 for a harassment charge brought by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Vincent McDonald.

Michael John Sincovich, 40, Pottsville, possession of drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to serve 12 months probation, pay $100 to SAE fund, and $50 to CJEA. He was cited by Pottsville Patroman Renee Galle. Sincovich had previously been placed in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) program for first offenders but it was revoked. Now the criminal record stays with him.

Robert Lee Harner, 30, Hegins, delivery of a CS, was sentenced to serve three to 23 months in the county prison and is eligible to participate in the Work Release Program. The sentence commenced on Jan. 3 at 9 a.m. and he has credit for having served 23 days. He also must pay $100 to the SAE fund, and make restitution of $190 to the Schuylkill County Drug Task Force and $113 to the Bethlehem Regional Lab.

Kyle Geary, 20, Williamsport, driving under the influence (DUI), sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison that began on Jan. 3 at 9 a.m., pay a fine of $1,000, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, $113 to Bethlehem Regional Lab. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia will have to serve an additional six months on probation when released from prison. Geary was cited by Schuylkill Haven Patrolmanm David T. George.

Alyssa Lin McGurl, 20, Ashland, DUI, was given credit for having served 20 days in the county prison and was released on probation for six months, fined $1,000, plus $100 to SAE fund, and $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center. McGurl will also have to serve an additional 12 months on probation on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a charge of driving while her license wa suspended was fined $200 and public drunkenness fined $25 plus $127 in costs. She also must attend the alcohol highway safe driving school and received intenstive outpatient counseling. McGurl was cited by Girardville Patrolman Peter Wysochansky.

Dustin Renay Ballard, 21, Saint Clair, giving a false name to police, sentenced to serve 12 months on probation. He was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Brian Reno.

Linda Lee Todd, 27, Philadelphia, burglary of Smoking Joe's Tobacco Store, Ashland, sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 186 days and make restitution of $12,820.41 to the victim.

Raymond Gerald Sadusky, 27, Shenandoah, possession of a CS, sentenced to serve 12 months on probation, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, a $100 fine and make restitution of $113 to Bethlehem Regional Lab and $40 to Schulkill County Drug Task Force.

Kenneth Alexander Wotring, 26, Kutztown, DUI, sentenced to serve six months to five years in the county prison, pay a fine of $1,500, pay $100 to SAE fund, and $50 to CJEA. Wotring was cited by Schuylkill Haven Patrolman Warren Firing.

Each defendant must also pay court costs and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
