Michael Joseph Harley, 52, of 317 Schuylkill Ave., Tamaqua, received two citations for harassment following an incident at his home on July 24.

According to the police report, Harley was involved in an argument with his wife and her son. At one point he grabbed the woman by the neck and punched the son in the nose.Both victims indicated they would sleep somewhere else that night as Harley appeared to be intoxicated.
