Judge Domalakes ruled the school district produced credible evidence that the fair market value of the property was in excess of that determined by the Schuykill County Board of Assessment Appeal which had ruled no change. The property whose previous market value listed in the assessment bureau at $63,240 was increased to $95,000 by the court's ruling and assessment set at $39,520 for tax purposes.
