Council also discussed the adjustment of the sewage rates for borough residents at that meeting. During public comment, residents questioned the sewage rates and how much they will change.Council members will meet this evening to continue discussion of the changes in the sewage rates. Any changes to the sewage ordinance will need to be voted on at a public hearing before any final action is taken.Also at the meeting, borough council thanked two outgoing council members for their years of service, Joseph Marzen and W. Todd Mason. Borough council also welcomed the two new members, Betsy Ahner and Joseph Krebs.
