State police at Fern Ridge reported on the following citations issued by troopers.

Troopers said Audrey Alyssa Landis, 21, of Perkasie, was cited for harassment and criminal mischief following an incident that occurred about 4:36 p.m. on Nov. 27 at the Towamensing Trails Club House, in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County.

Troopers allege that Landis approached a 15-year-old female from Jim Thorpe and began to call her names. She then grabbed the necklace the teen was wearing, ripped it off, and threw it in the victim's face.

Troopers reported that Dneah Alexus Allen, 18, of Stroudsburg, was arrested for theft of services. Troopers allege that Allen called the Pocono Cab Company for transportation on Nov. 28 about 4:24 p.m. while at 20 Leisure Rd., in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Once they reached the destination given by Allen, she did not have the $32 to pay the driver for the fare.

She was issued a non-traffic citation and released.

On Nov. 26 about 11:35 a.m. troopers were called to Kinsley's Shop Rite, located along SR209 in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, for a person in custody for retail theft. Troopers said Matthew Morton, of Saylorsburg, attempted to leave the store with a Ipod without paying for it.

He was charged and released, troopers said.
