Ronald J. Seibert, 50, of 34 Second St., Slatington, was committed to the Northampton County Prison, Easton, after being arraigned on charges on Aug. 30 in Walnutport.

Police said he was charged with resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct and jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail set by District Judge Robert Hawke.The incident happened in the 400 block of Main Street in Walnutport. The arresting officer is Christopher Fredericks.
