More than 290 youngsters took part in the North and Middle Ward Playground Association's annual community Easter egg hunt held on Saturday at the playground. The hunt, consisting over 1,200 plastic eggs and a large amount of candy and prizes, was still held despite a minor drizzling.

Children were also treated to a visit and free online photos with the Easter Bunny.

Association president Kim Snyder stated her appreciation of fellow volunteers and officers Jody Kellner, Deedee Bonetsky, and Bill Vacula for making this hunt a success.
