"With the disaster in Japan following the earthquake and tsunami, do you think the U.S. Should go ahead and build more nuclear plants as an answer to our growing energy problems?"

Jane Longazel, Jim Thorpe: "I believe we should continue to look for alternative resources. I have a friend (in Japan) who has two young children under the age of five. They are in the process of moving 450 miles south to protect their children due to the nuclear situation there. I think we need to concentrate more on solar power, wind mills, things of that nature that are not going to be consider a disaster if one of them would shut down."
