The 16th Annual Jim Thorpe Halloween Parade will be held this Sunday, Oct. 31, starting at 4 p.m. from Second Street.

It will proceed north on Center Street to Fifth, turning onto North Street to Ninth and ending at Memorial Park, where parade participants are invited for free refreshments and the award ceremony.

The parade will begin forming at 3:30 p.m. at Second and Center streets. First, second and third place awards will be given to floats and organizations at Memorial Park.

Everyone is invited to view the parade, which will pass the judges a St. Joseph's Church on North Street. Late registrations are welcome.
