Mahoning incidents

Mahoning Township Police Chief Kenneth Barnes has released the following incident reports, all but one stemming from misbehavior at the Wal-Mart.

Defiant trespass: At 5:12 p.m. Oct. 16, Jamie Lynn Bauder, 27, of Ridge Street, Lansford, was charged with defiant trespass. Bauder had been involved in a previous incident at another Walmart store and had been ordered to stay out of all Wal-Mart stores.Retail theft: At 2:12 p.m. Oct. 14, Tanya Goodhile, 23, of the 100 block of Bankway, and Candice Shipwash, 23, of the 300 block of N. First Street, both of Lehighton, were charged with allegedly stealing $287.85 worth of merchandise.Retail theft: At about 6 p.m. Oct. 18, Guy Sheppard, 55, of Sadie Street, Hamilton Township, N.J., was charged with allegedly stealing $9.49 worth of merchandise.Theft from auto: An employee of the Pizza Hut on Blakeslee Blvd. East Drive reported that between 4 and 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, person(s) unknown entered her unlocked auto and stole an iPod and charger cable valued at about $145.
