Stroudsburg booters turn back Lehighton

Rachel Heister added one kill, five digs, 23 assists and two aces. Brittany Hinkle had 10 kills, two dinks, 12 digs, two blocks and seven aces. Alyssa Kephart added seven kills, 15 digs, four assists and one ace. Stephen Poorman scored getting his own rebound off of a penalty kick and Guesseppe Rea and Bryan Semon added the others for the Mountaineers.Anthony Rossino's goal with 6:59 left in the game on a penalty kick helped the Indians avoid a shutout.Stroudsburg had 22 shots on goal to just five by Lehighton (3-8; 1-7). Shane Fordyce had 17 saves for the Indians, while Jason Berger had three for the Mounts (8-4; 6-2).
