Skytop Holiday Arts Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27; and 10 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, at the Executive Conference Center, Route 390, Skytop. The event is sponsored by the Pocono Mountain Arts Council. The event includes an exhibit of images from Sally Grotta's famous "Pennsylvania Hands" project.
