A Monroe County man is facing a charge of public drunkenness following an incident that occurred about 9:31 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the Sunoco service station along Old Route 115 at Kunkletown Road, in Ross Township.

State police at Lehighton said Kristopher Miller, 46, of Saylorsburg, entered the station in an intoxicated condition. While at the front counter he passed out causing him to fall to the floor, troopers said.
