A Nesquehoning man was cited for driving while under suspension-DUI related. It was one of two arrests reported by borough police.

Police said Officer Timothy Wuttke arrested Vito Lopiccolo, 223 W. Catawissa St., after he was observed operating a vehicle while his license was suspended on a drunk driving charge. The charges were filed Feb. 28. If convicted, Lopiccolo faces a mandatory 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine, and another one year suspension.Chief Sean Smith filed charges of driving under suspension against Kerry Frank, 239 E. Catawissa St., for two separate incidents on Feb. 21 and March 1.
