This half pipe skateboard ramp has been erected on East Railroad Street in Nesquehoning and does not meet specifications of the borough ordinance. Anything built must be 18 inches from the curb and the skate ramp is not. The borough will send a letter to the property owners who are from New Jersey to remove the ramp which has never been used.
