William Taylor Reil, an expert on constitutional law, will speak about the state and national constitutions during a seminar Saturday morning.
The seminar, being held 9 a.m. to noon in the Mahoning Valley Ambulance Building, Mahoning Township, is being staged by the Lehighton 9/12 Project.
Reil, of Elverson, Chester County, is considered one of the best speakers on the topic of the constitution.
Sandy Dellicker, assistant organizer, said Reil will discuss the state constitution, federal constitution, Bill of Rights, "and will be point out some of the major reasons we are having the problems we see today."
She said, "He will also be discussing the remedy, which is the law."
Special focus will be given on the 9th, 10th, and 14th Amendments.
Reil is an active member of the Campaign for Liberty, Unite PA, Pa. Conservative Council, West Chester Tea Party, Communities' Alliance for Responsible Eco-Farming, and is vice president of the Pa. Independent Consumers and Farmers Association.
He has been studying Constitutional Law, particularly Pa. history and law, since 1990.
Co-hosting the seminar with Dellicker is Elaine Thompson.
