Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

Indecent assault: Criminal charges were filed against Rodney Decker, 49, of 28 Avon Court, East Stroudsburg, for indecent assault and harassment. The incident occurred on Feb. 15 at 5:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.DUI: Criminal charges were filed against Crystal Neff, 42, of 174 Avenue A, Palmerton, for DUI. The incident occurred on Jan. 18 at 8:56 p.m. in the 100 block of Avenue A.Retail theft: Matthew Castellaneta, 32, of 559 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on March 19 at 6:02 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.Theft by unlawful taking: Criminal charges were filed against JoAmber Glasoe, 26, of 158 Avenue A, Palmerton, for theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property. The incident occurred on Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. in the 100 block of Avenue A.Harassment: Criminal charges were filed against Joshua Barlip, 24, of 450 Lafayette Ave. Palmerton, was cited for simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, persistent disorderly conduct, and harassment. The incident occurred on March 7 at 4:06 p.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.A citation was issued to Jason Schafer, 33, of 1026 Main Road, Lehighton, for harassment. The violation occurred on Feb. 2 at 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.Eric Cardone, 35, of 105 Homestead Lane, Lehighton, was cited for harassment. The violation occurred on Feb. 22 at 8:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Avenue A.Police also issued two citations for traffic violations, and one citation each for speeding and a vehicle violation.
