Janelle Heydt marries Nathan Phillips

Janelle Heydt and Nathan Phillips were united in marriage on Oct. 16, 2010 at Zion Reformed United Church of Christ, Chambersburg. The Rev. Jeffrey Diller and the Rev. Donald J. Stump Sr. officiated at the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Melodie Heydt, Weatherly, and the bridegroom is the son of Michael and Theresa Phillips of Otho, Iowa.Given in marriage by her parents, the bride chose Sarah Hamm of Weatherly as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Angie Wilson of Hagerstown, Md. and Christa Zimmerman of Chambersburg.The bridegroom chose Rita Phillips of Boone, Iowa to be his best lady. Heidi Phillips of Webster, Texas, sister of the bridegroom, served as groomsmaid. The ushers were John High and Travis Schooley, both of Chambersburg.Angie High of Chambersburg served as greeter and attendant.The couple welcomed family and friends to reception at Green Grove Gardens in Greencastle. They then honeymooned in Hawaii.Showers in honor of the bride were held at Platz's Restaurant in Lehighton and the Main St. Deli in Chambersburg. A rehearsal dinner was held at Emily's in Chambersburg.The newlyweds reside in Chambersburg.
