State police at the Fogelsville barracks report the arrest of Kristine A. Wisler, 22, of Orefield, on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Police said the arrest came after an incident at 3:29 a.m. Dec. 17 at 6799 Kernsville Road in Lowhill Township.The victim is Francine W. Ackley, 62.Police said it is alleged Wisler repeatedly rang the victim's doorbell and banged on multiple doors of the victim's residence. After arriving at the scene and speaking to the accused, police said it was determined that she was heavily intoxicated.
