HARTMAN A son, Troy Allen "T.J." Hartman Jr., was born to Melissa and Troy Hartman of West Penn Township at 10:27 p.m., on Oct. 18, 2010, in St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown.

He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 21 inches long.Maternal grandparents are Diann and Charles Urban of Lehighton. Paternal grandparents are Bruce and Darlene Hartman, also of Lehighton.
