Jim Thorpe police are investigating a burglary at a borough residence.

Police said on Wednesday at 5:02 p.m. they were dispatched to a residence on West Sixth Street for a reported break-in.On scene officers were informed by the homeowner, not identified by police, that an unspecified amount of money and an Xbox game system were taken.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call police at 570-325-4995.
