Mr. and Mrs. James Zigmant of Hometown have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ashley, to Dante Martire of Cranberry.

The bride-elect is a cum laude graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a doctor of pharmacy degree.She is employed by Giant Pharmacy in Allentown.Her fiance is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a degree in chemistry.He also graduated from Coordinated Health, Bethlehem, as a certified orthopedic technician.The couple is planning a fall 2011 wedding.
