Tuscarora State Park naturalist Robin Tracey invites area residents to join him for a search for salamanders around Locust Creek Saturday, Aug. 21 at 6:30 p.m.

The group will meet at the amphitheater in Locust Lake State Park. Salamander anatomy, identification and habitat will be discussed during the search. A field identification capture and release program will follow the walk.To facilitate the capturing of the salamanders, participants are asked to bring plastic containers with them.
