JT highway bridge inspected

Water wasn't the only thing running under the bridge in Jim Thorpe on Monday morning as bridge inspectors and their equipment moved about under the state highway bridge connecting the two sides of the borough of Jim Thorpe. The 50-plus-year-old structure, which is slated for replacement in the future, received an inspection by PennDOT and an outside engineering firm.
