PATRICK BECHTEL/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS Slatington American Legion Allen O. Delke Post 16 installed its officers for 2010 and 2011 Monday evening at Post 16. Fourteenth District Commander Roy Showalter charged the newly installed officers with maintaining the image that the post employs and to continue to improve that image.
