A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 2:31 p.m. July 21 on Hemphill Lane in Lower Towamensing Township.

A 42-year-old Palmerton woman said that Philip A. May, 30, of Palmerton, struck, shoved and kicked her.

Police charged May with harassment.
