A Lehigh County man pleaded guilty to an incident at the Carbon County prison in which he urinated on a corrections officer.

Carlos Gonzalez, 23, of Allentown, pleaded to one count of aggravated harassment by a inmate, a felony three.

Gonzalez was arrested on April 3, 2009, by Nesquehoning police at the county prison when he caused a flood in his cell area. A corrections officer went to the cell area to turn off the water. As the officer was kneeling to turn off the water control device Gonzalez urinated on him.

President Judge Roger N. Nanovic accepted the plea and told Gonzalez that under state sentencing guidelines he faces a minimum prison term of between 15 to 21 months.

Nanovic deferred sentencing to a later date.
