Employees of Horizon Signs of Quakertown remove the temporary East Penn Bank sign to reveal the more permanent First Niagra Bank sign along Route 443 in Mahoning Township, Friday. East Penn Bank branches closed at 5 p.m. Friday and reopened today as First Niagra Bank.
