A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident on Saturday at 9:18 a.m.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to the unit block of Weeping Willow, in East Penn Township, for a protection from abuse violation reported by state police at Lancaster.

On scene, troopers arrested Todd Greene, 44, of Ashfield. While taking him into custody he struggled with officers. He was charged with resisting arrest and related counts and was arraigned before District Judge William Kissner, of Palmerton. Records indicate he is an inmate in the Carbon County prison in Nesquehoning.
