The engagement of Stacy Marie Allesch, Coaldale, to William Raymond Thigpen, Lansford, has been announced by her mother.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Brenda Hebelka of Coaldale, and Matthew Allesch of Tamaqua. She is a 2005 graduate of Panther Valley High School and a 2009 graduate of Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, where she received a bachelor of science degree in business administration: travel and tourism. She is employed at Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Hazleton.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Kevin and Colleen Bauer of Lansford. He attended Panther Valley High School and is employed at Wal-Mart in Hometown.A wedding is planned for Nov. 19, 2011.
