Pocono Mountain Regional police said a Monroe County resident was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Thursday, Oct. 29, about 2:45 a.m. at the Walmart in Mt. Pocono.

Police said Brian J. Polnasek, 23, of Long Pond, placed his cell phone under a stall in the men's room of the Lay-A-Way area of the store while another man was using it. The man confronted Polnasek. Polnasek said he thought the man was a friend and was playing a practical joke.Police cited Polnasek and released him.
