Announcement has been made of the engagement of Samantha Beers and Dustin Kranch.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bill and Dorrine Welsh of Coaldale and Jeff and Lisa Beers of Lehighton. She is a 2003 graduate of Panther Valley High School and a 2007 graduate of Penn State University.
