State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident whereby someone damaged a car owned by a Macungie man.

The incident happened between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.The victim is Daryle K. Gambler, 7516 Woodbine Road.Police said someone arrived at the man's residence and damaged the vehicle by scratching it with an unknown instrument, causing an estimated $1,896 in damages.
