Two Kresgeville men were cited after they were involved in an incident on June 20, at 6:10 p.m.

According to state police of Lehighton, Anthony Pellegrino and Joseph Pellegrino were both cited for harassment after they caused a disturbance at 270 Koch Road, Kresgeville.

Slatington police reported three juveniles were cited following an incident that occurred about 3:08 a.m. on Thursday, June 21.

The trio were stopped for a curfew violation.

One of the three also had consumed alcohol and was cited for that offense.

A Mount Pocono man was arrested following an incident that happened at the Cloud Crest Motel in Mount Pocono on June 21.

According to Pocono Mountain Regional police, officers were dispatched to the motel for a report of a physical domestic incident. When police arrived they made contact with William Mahon, 29, and Britney Marsh, 23, both of Mount Pocono.

Police arrested Mahon for simple assault and harassment after their investigation was completed. Mahon was placed in Monroe County prison in Snydersville.

State police at Frackville are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County residence.

Troopers said the home of Joseph Albert Yablonsky, 62, of 514 Rattlin Run Road, in Ringtown, East Union Township, was entered sometime between June 20-23. Removed from the home was wiring and plumbing from the basement. Entry was gained through a rear window, troopers said.

A Sciota woman was charged with public drunkenness after she was found to be intoxicated along a highway.

According to state police at Lehighton a trooper found Celeste Calimano, 50, at 9:15 a.m., on June 21, walking along SR115 in Saylorsburg. It was determined that she was intoxicated.

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a vehicle break-in and two criminal mischief incidents occurring in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said the 2005 GMC Envoy of Amber Laudeman, 25, of Minersville, was entered while parked at 700 Lytle St., Branch Township. Removed from the vehicle was a Garmin GPS and a Ruger .40-caliber pistol The incident occurred sometime between Saturday, June 23, at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 5:20 a.m.

State police at Frackville reported investigating a one-vehicle crash about 11:50 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, along Interstate 81 in Frailey Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Rocco Limongelli, 74, of West Pittston, Luzerne County, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet southbound when, for unknown reasons, he lost control of the vehicle.

At the time he was towing a classic car, troopers noted.

The car spun around onto the west berm and came to rest facing north. Limongelli, and three passengers, were all not injured.

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported investigating an accident in which a vehicle struck a child riding a bicycle.

The incident occurred about 6:21 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at the intersection of Rob Roy and Dorchester roads, in Pocono Farms East development in Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township.

Police said a vehicle driven by Jerry Cribbs, 55, of Tobyhanna, struck a child on a bike, reportedly running over the child.

The child was flown by medical helicopter to a Lehigh Valley area trauma center.

Police did not release the age of the child.

A Monroe County man has been cited for violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

State police at Fern Ridge said Michael Harper, 32, of East Stroudsburg, violated the order by sending text messages to a 33-year-old woman from Jackson Township, at 3:40 a.m. on Saturday, June 9.

Troopers said the PFA order prohibited Harper from having any kind of contact with the victim.

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an assault incident.

Troopers said about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at 1723 Juniper Rd., Sun Valley, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Michelle P. Elkins, 37, and Cassandra M. Magditch, 21, became involved in a verbal argument that escalated, which resulted in a physical confrontation between the two.

Troopers said charges are pending.
