A Lansford man was cited after he trespassed.

According to Summit Hill police, on April 7, at 9:19 a.m., officers received a report of an unwanted person at a residence in Summit Hill.

Upon arrival, they found Terry Phillips, 37, of 34 E. Water St.

He had been warned that that he was not allowed to be at the residence but was up in the attic.

He was charged with criminal trespass.

An Andreas man was charged with multiple offenses after Summit Hill police found him to be in possession of drugs.

According to borough police, on March 11, at 8:12 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle without working lights above the license plate.

When approaching the vehicle, police could smell the odor or marijuana. It was then learned that the driver, Samuel Tuckett, 18, of 21 Bolichs Road, had marijuana in the vehicle.

A Summit Hill man was charged with harassment after he threatened his neighbors.

According to Summit Hill police, on March 15, at 11:50 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of the 300 block of East White Street.

Upon arrival, it was learned that James Foreaker, 32, of 303 E. White St., had an altercation with his neighbors and made a threat to one of them.

Summit Hill police are cracking down on the use of all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and four-wheelers on borough streets.

Police Chief Joseph Fittos announced that in recent weeks the department has received numerous complaints about citizens riding ATVs and four-wheelers in the borough. He said that there will be zero tolerance on those individuals who are found by police riding these vehicles on the streets.

Anyone caught riding ATVs and four-wheelers on the streets in Summit Hill will be arrested.

Four persons were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the entrance to a Schuylkill County mall. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the crash occurred about 10:49 a.m. on Thursday, July 26, along SR61 at the entrance to the Cressona Mall, in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said Todd Moyer, 25, of Schuylkill Haven, operating a 1993 Ford Ranger pickup truck, was southbound in the left lane when he failed to observe a steady red light at the intersection.

Slatington police reported on an underage drinking arrest in the borough.

Police said about 4:12 a.m. on Thursday, July 26, officers were dispatched for a report of an intoxicated male in the 400 block of West Church St.

As a result of an investigation police said Trevor Richard Dottery, 19, of 309 Main St., Walnutport, was cited for purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Five persons were cited for drug counts and underage consumption of alcohol at a Monroe County firemen's carnival.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said at about 10:41 p.m. on Sunday, July 22, officers were patrolling the Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Department carnival in Mount Pocono when they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a rear lot.

State police at Fern Ridge said the owner of a wallet that was found at a Monroe County car wash is being sought.

Troopers said the wallet, black in color with a yellow Pokemon on it, was found in the lot at the Mountain Car Wash, which is located at the intersection of SR115 and Chestnut Rd., in Tobyhanna Township. The wallet was turned over to troopers on Wednesday, July 25, at 10:40 a.m.

Anyone with information concerning the wallet and its owner can call troopers at (570) 646-2271.

A Schuylkill County husband and wife were jailed on Wednesday, charged with stealing money from a relative.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Nicole Frantz, 28, and Richard Frantz, 32, of Lake Wynonah, Auburn, have been charged with forgery, theft and related counts.

The two were arraigned before District Judge James Ferrier of Orwigsburg, and committed to the county prison in Pottsville after failing to post $20,000 bail each.

A Carbon County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Mercury Hospitality LLC, trading as Pocono Ramada, SR940, Lake Harmony, Kidder Township, was cited for failed to return hotel liquor license and wholesale liquor purchase permit cards to the board after the licensed establishment had not been in operation for a period of 15 consecutive days between May 29 and June 26.
