Four persons were injured, none seriously, in a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 1:56 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, along SR501 in Pine Grove Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said a Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment stemming from a domestic incident.

Troopers said on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 13C Frieden Manor, Wayne Township, Anthony Griffin, 44, of Schuylkill Haven, got into an argument with a 17-year-old juvenile for unknown reasons. Troopers allege that Griffin then punched the victim in the face. Other family members then entered the fray and separated the two. Griffin fled the scene.

Charges will be filed, troopers added.

State police at Frackville are investigating the burglary at a hunting cabin in Schuylkill County. Troopers said the cabin is located at 478 Pine Valley Rd., in East Brunswick Township.

According to troopers sometime between Sunday, Sept. 26, at 11 a.m. and Tuesday, Sept. 28, at 11:45 a.m. unknown criminals gained entry to the cabin by removing a stepladder from a garage area and placing it beneath a side window. A screen on the window was cut and the window pried open.

State police at Lehighton are investigating a reported assault incident.

Troopers said Dana Lee Moore, 29, of Kunkletown, reported she was struck with an unknown object above her left eye by several unknown persons. The incident reportedly occurred about 9 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16, at 20 Valley Road East, in Polk Township, Monroe County.

A Philadelphia woman is facing a charge of public drunkenness following an incident in Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Andrea Fleck, 21, of Philadelphia, appeared at Upper Green Hill Road near Molasses Valley Road, in Polk Township, about 4:57 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, claiming she was being chased by a man with a gun.

A subsequent investigation revealed that the report was untrue. During the time of the probe Fleck displayed signs fo intoxication and was arrested.

She was charged with public drunkenness, troopers said.

A Monroe County teen has been charged with retail theft.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on Sept. 22 about 1 p.m. officers were called to the Wal-Mart store in Mt. Pocono. Store security had a female in custody for theft.

Police identified the suspect as Diamond Derival, 18, of East Stroudsburg. Derival allegedly attempted to removed $101 worth of merchandise from the store by placing it in her purse and walking out the front doors. She was stopped by security and held until police arrived.

She was issued a citation and released, police added.

A Tamaqua man has been cited after police observed him fail to stop for a red light last Friday in the borough.

Patrolman Thomas Duarte was on patrol at 8:30 p.m. when he observed a white pick up truck fail to stop for a red light at the intersection of Railroad and Mauch Chunk streets. The officer initiated his lights and siren but the pickup proceeded to 310 Market St., then pulled into the driveway.

A Monroe County woman is facing charges following an incident at a drive-thru at an area restaurant.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said about 1:05 a.m. on Sept. 19 officers were called to the McDonald's Restaurant in Mt. Pocono for a reported assault.

Upon arrival officers learned that Nicole Mills, 31, of Pocono Summit, had rear-ended another vehicle were hers in the drive-thru. When the female driver of the other car got out to inspect the damage she and Mills got into an argument.

A Monroe County resident is a victim of fraud, theft and forgery.

State police at Fern Ridge said Joanne Boyle, 57, of Theresa Lane, Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, reported someone charged $2,500 worth of merchandise on her credit card without her permission. The purchases were made during the period of Sept. 2 and Wednesday, Sept. 29, troopers said.

The investigation into the incident is continuing.

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft from a vehicle incident in Schuylkill County.

Richard Nagle, 22, reported someone removed an Ipod Touch from his unlocked Chevrolet Cavalier while parked in the driveway of his home at 502 Stoney Run Rd., in North Manheim Township, Pottsville. The theft occurred sometime between 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, and 8 a.m. on Wednesday. Value of the item was set at $150.
