A Schuylkill County woman is a facing charge of theft of services following an incident that occurred about noon on Nov. 26 along SR61, just south of Seven Stars Road, in North Manheim Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Katelin Flamini, 22, of Schuylkill Haven, ran out of gas at the above stated location and called Detweiler's Towing, also of Schuylkill Haven, to the scene.

State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident in Carbon County.

Troopers said unknown criminals damaged the left front headlight on a GMC van owned by the Carbon County Action Committee, while it was parked at 2325 Interchange Road, in Franklin Township.

The incident occurred sometime between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 28.

Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle crash that occurred about 6:50 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, along SR61 at Manheim Road, in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County. It was one of two crashes reported by state police at Schuylkill Haven.

Troopers said Shantel N. Schwartz, 31, of Pottsville, was driving a 2001 Saturn LS1 southbound and approaching the intersection while Joseph J. Koch, 42, of New Ringgold, was driving a 1997 Volkswagen Jetta northbound and approaching the intersection.

A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash in which the driver and passenger were injured.

State police at Frackville said Amanda Marie Mason, 23, of Pottsville, was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu eastbound on Tumbling Run Road, in Blythe Township, about 4:14 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 6, when she failed to negotiate a left hand curve in the road.

The car went onto the south berm and struck a tree with the front passenger side.

McAdoo police have cited two people following a domestic incident in the borough on Monday, Nov. 26.

Patrolman William Curilla was dispatched to 68 N. Kennedy Drive at 5:06 a.m. for a possible assault, a male stabbed with a knife. On scene he spoke with Megan Cienawa, 28, and John Krell, 40, of Hazleton. Krell had a small puncture wound on his left arm, which he claimed was made by Cienawa stabbing him with a knife.

Cienawa claimed she acted in self-defense after Krell broke into her home and cornered her in the bedroom.

A 15-year-old male from Pen Argyl is facing a drug charge in Carbon County.

State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to the Blue Mountain Ski area in Lower Towamensing Township, about 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2, for a report of a drug act violation.

On scene the juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the barracks. He was later released to the custody of his parents. A possession count will be filed with the county's juvenile probation office.

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occured about 10:56 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers were dispatched to the Pocono Summit Plaza parking lot to a report of a vehicle hung up on rocks.

The driver was identified as Leslie E. Weimer, 50, of Pocono Lake.

Police detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Weimer. Weimer failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the county DUI center for a blood test.

A Lehigh County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 10:14 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, along SR309 at Memorial Road, in Lynn Township.

State police at Fogelsville said James Edward Seidel, 40, of Germansville, was northbound when he attempted to make a right turn onto Memorial Road and crashed into a stop sign.

Seidel was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. The DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers said.

A Schuylkill County man will be charged with harassment following a domestic incident at his residence.

State police at Frackville said Jeremy George Colosimo, 24, and Angela Marie Tarson, 22, both of 159 Weston Place, Shenandoah, West Mahanoy Township, got into an argument. At some point during the argument Colosimo allegedly made physical contact with Tarson, troopers said. The incident was reported at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3.

A Schuylkill County man was cited for criminal trespass for an incident at a county fire company.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jerry William Pflueger, 41, of Dieners Hill, Pottsville, East Norwegian Township, entered onto the property of the Independent Hose Company, 16 Sunshine St., Dieners Hill, about 11:57 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 2, with a saw.

He was confronted by volunteer members of the fire company.

Troopers said Pflueger had threatened to cut up playground equipment on the site.

He was then cited.
