A Schuylkill County man is facing charges following incidents that occurred on July 21, between the hours of 10:20 a.m and 4:30 p.m.

State police at Frackville said Michael Jevelle, 24, of Shenandoah, was observed multiple times throughout the day trespassing on the property of Far Away Springs, located at 22 Spring Water Blvd., in Brandonville, East Union Township, despite being told verbally by the owner not to be on the property. He will be cited for criminal trespass.

State police at Frackville are investigating a theft of vehicle incident that occurred Monday night.

Troopers said Tyler Jaye Watkins, 20, of Freeland, stopped in the parking lot of the New Ringgold Market, located near the intersection of state routes 895 and 443, in New Ringgold, about 11:42 p.m. to "relieve himself."

State police at Lehighton reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers.

About 12:33 a.m. on Sunday, July 24, troopers stopped Roxanne Longenbach, 54, of Coplay, along SR248, near the cantilever, in Lower Towamensing Township, when she was observed traveling in the opposite lanes of travel and throwing items out the window.

She was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Palmerton hospital for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.

A New Ringgold man is facing criminal charges following an incident that occurred about 12:30-12:35 p.m. on July 21 at 59 Goose Pond Road, in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Theodore S. Sadorski, 47, and Linda M. Lebel, and a 17-year-old female, were involved in an altercation at that address. The altercation became physical, troopers said, during which Sadorski allegedly caused bruising to Lebel. He also caused the juvenile female to sustain a black and blue mark above her eyebrow and a cut and bruise to her elbow.

Several arrests for driving under the influence (DUI) have been reported by Nesquehoning police.

On May 21 about 12:50 a.m. police stopped Robert John Yorke, 50, of 16 Deer Trail Lane, Nesquehoning, after observing him driving erratically. He was stopped along SR54.

Officer Thomas Kurtz said Yorke showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. He was then taken to St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, for a blood test. The test showed Yorke had a .13BAC. He was also charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, and restraint systems.

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on probing two burglaries, an attempted burglary and a mischief incident in recent days at Schuylkill County locations.

Troopers said the Fresenius Medical Care facility at the BMA Medical of Pottsville building, 278 Saint Clair Industrial Park Road, in East Norwegian Township, was entered sometime overnight of Saturday, July 23, at 5 p.m. and Sunday at 6:45 a.m.

A crowbar or similar tool was used to pry open a window. Once inside the criminals removed a black Dell Latitude E6400 laptop computer.

A Schuylkill County driver is facing charges of hit and run.

State police at Frackville said Jason Paul Weinreich, 34, of Shenandoah, was driving a 2001 Ford F150 pickup truck about 5 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, in the area of 250 Ohio Avenue, in West Mahanoy Township, when his truck struck a parked 2010 Ford F150 truck owned by John Henry Lorah, 57, of Shenandoah. After impact Weinreich left the scene without contacting the owner of the parked vehicle.

A Carbon County man is facing a charge of criminal mischief. The incident was one of several investigated by state police at Lehighton.

Troopers said Michael Balogach, 31, of Weissport, allegedly damaged the cellular phone of Melissa Tessitore, 32, also of Weissport.

The incident occurred about 5 a.m. on Friday, July 22, at 218 White St., Weissport.

David John Dutton, 42, of 640 Mill St., Palmerton, reported his vehicle was entered and removed was $2 in cash. The incident occurred sometime between 3 a.m. and 6 p.m. on July 21. The vehicle was unlocked.

A Pottsville woman, formerly of Carbon County, has been arrested and charged with stealing money from her father.

Nesquehoning police arrested Lori Ann Christman, 30, of 509A Carbon St., Pottsville, for theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

A Carbon County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board for violating the liquor code.

Gemstar Enterprises Inc., trading as Rubys Saloon, 298 Bridge St., Lehighton, was cited for used, or permitted to be used on the inside of the licensed premises, a loudspeaker or similar device whereby the sound of music or other entertainment, or the advertisement thereof, could be heard outside.
