A Schuylkill County man has been cited for violating a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Steven David Zimmerman, 36, of Molleystown, Pine Grove, violated the order by texting Debra Graeff, 38, of Tremont, from his father's cell phone on two occasions - Dec. 25 at 10:54 a.m. and Dec. 29 at 5:31 p.m.

State police at Lehighton reported on the following citations being issued by troopers.

Troopers said Scott Heckman, 34, was cited for harassment following an incident that occurred about 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, at the Heckman residence at 373 Centre St., Parryville.

Troopers allege that Heckman threw a bottle at a 13-year-old female from Palmerton and a 29-year-old female from Parryville.

A 17-year-old male from Philadelphia was cited for harassment for allegedly punching Patrick Phillips, 25, of Shenandoah, in the face about 4:50 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31.

State police at Lehighton reported investigating several acts of criminal mischief.

Carlos Manuel Santiago, 39, of 9104 Robin Hood Drive, Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County, reported someone damaged Christmas decorations at his home sometime between Dec. 24-25.

Nathaniel P. Metz, 32, of White St., Weissport, reported someone smashed a side window on his 1996 Coachman trailer parked near his residence. The incident occurred sometime between Oct. 28 and Dec. 29.

State police at Lehighton reported on driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers recently, all stemming from crashes.

Troopers said about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31, Danall Greenzweig, 27, of Summit Hill, was operating a 2006 Subaru Outback southbound on SR115, near Mountain Road, in Ross Township, Monroe County, when the vehicle left the road for unknown reasons. Greenzweig and his passenger, Diane Strohl, 48, of Saylorsburg, both sustained moderate injuries, troopers said.

A truck reported stolen on Dec. 22, 2011, in Schuylkill County, was found destroyed by fire on Dec. 24, state police at Frackville reported.

The 2000 Ford F150 extended cab truck of Joseph Paul Womer, 52, was found on property of the Reading Anthracite Company off Valley Road, in Cass Township, about noon. The truck was valued at $700.

Two persons were uninjured in a one-vehicle crash Dec. 30, at 8:45 p.m., on State Rt. 901 in Cass Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said James Allen Jr., 29, of Minersville, was driving a vehicle northbound when he lost control of it while negotiating a left-hand curve in the roadway. The car crossed the east berm and struck an embankment with its right front end, causing it to roll over on its roof and come to rest in the northbound lane.

Police said neither the driver nor his passenger, Robert Eckert, 37, of Mahanoy Plane, were injured.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle mishap at 12:31 p.m., Dec. 29, at the intersection of Sugar Hollow and White Church roads in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said the collision occurred in the intersection when a 2008 Nissan, operated by Justin Rodriguez, 20, of Effort, stopped at the intersection at White Church Road and then pulled out in front of a 2010 Subaru, operated by Judith Klaskin, 65, of Dover, Pa.

Both vehicles required towing from the scene.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 10 a.m., Dec. 24, and 4 p.m., Dec. 31, at 713 Maple Ave., Marlin.

The victim is Associated Wholesalers, Inc., Robesonia.

Police said someone struck the driver's side door window with an unknown object on a 2008 Ford Econoline while it was parked at the above location and fled in an unknown direction.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating the theft of a Big Game Treestand from a property in Branch Township.

The victim is John C. Kelly Jr., 48, of Pottsville.

He told police someone removed the stand from his property between 4:30 p.m., Dec. 31, and 10 a.m., Jan. 1.

The stand is a two-man permanent stand with a ladder. It is valued at $230.

An Auburn man has reported an identity theft case to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Ricky Oswald, 57, reported to police someone used his name and address to create a PayPal account online and then proceeded to make purchases totaling $1,396.29 during the month of November.

The location of the violation is 462 Greentree Drive, West Brunswick Township.
