The Tamaqua High School Class of 1946 held a picnic at Zimmerman's Grove in the Lewistown Valley recently, in celebration of its 66th anniversary. The 32nd annual reunion of the descendants of George and Lillie (Eaches) Walck will take place at the Bowmanstown Rod and Gun Club, beginning at 11 a.m. Aug. 26.

The business meeting will begin at 1 p.m.

Guests are asked to bring a covered dish or dessert and an item for the Chinese Auction or the "cakeWalck," as well as recipes for inclusion in the family cookbook.

The Palmerton High School Class of 1962 will hold its 50-year class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Blue Ridge Country Club, Palmerton. There will be a cash bar from 6-7 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7.

On Friday, Sept. 7, classmates are asked to meet at the park playground at 7 p.m.

Brunch will be served at 10 a.m., on Sunday, Sept. 9, at Bert's.

The Lehighton Area High School Class of 1967 is having its 45-year class reunion on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Mahoning Valley Country Club, beginning with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m.

Panther Valley Class of 1965 will host a "65th Birthday Party" for members Saturday, Aug. 18, at Nesquehoning Fire Company Picnic Grove from noon until 9 p.m.
