The bride-to-be is the daughter of David and Diane Koch of Lehighton.

She is a 2008 graduate of Lehighton Area High School. She earned a bachelor of science degree, and is now finishing her master's degree in physician assistant studies from King's College in Wilkes-Barre.

She will graduate in August of this year.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Timothy and Jane Tkach of Lehighton.
