The engagement of Sierra Costello of Chambersburg to Steven Bilous has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dimps Hawthorne of Dillsburg, Pa., and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Costello of Robesonia, Pa. Her mother, Mrs. Hawthorne, is the former Val Bowman, a graduate of Lehighton High School. The bride-to-be is also the granddaughter of the late Victor and Madelyn Bowman of Lehighton and the late Esteben and Marina Costello of Palmerton.

The parents of Jennifer M. Markert and James E. Kochie have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of George and Deborah Markert of Slatington.

She is a 2004 graduate of Northern Lehigh High School, and is currently employed by the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit #21 as a special education secretary.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of James and Marcia Kochie of Walnutport. He is a 2002 graduate of Northern Lehigh High School, and a 2006 graduate of Kutztown University.

The engagement of Heather Bowman, Danville, to Jesse Goshert, Palmyra, Pa. has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Janice Bowman of Ashfield. She is a 2002 graduate of Lehighton Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed as a nurse at Janet Weiss Children's Hospital in Danville.

Jennifer Harding, Danielsville, and Ronald Rausch Sr., also of Danielsville, have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Bonnie Harding of Bath and the late Wayne Harding.

She is a 1996 graduate of Northampton High School. She is employed by Moravian Hall Square in Nazareth.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Elenor Rausch, Palmerton, and Ronald Behler, also of Palmerton.

He is a graduate of Palmerton Area High School.

He is employed by Rock Hill Trucking, Catasauqua.
