The engagement of Ashley "Mo" Frey, Lehighton, to Jeremy Lichtenwalner, Lower Macungie, has been announced by the couple's parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richey and Lori Frey of Lehighton. She is a 2001 graduate of Lehighton Area High School and a 2005 graduate of Millersville University, where she earned a dual bachelor's degree in special education and elementary education. In 2009 she graduated from Millersville with a master's degree in language and literacy education.

She is currently employed as a special educator in the Lehighton Area School District.

KThe engagement of Krystallynn Reis of Towamensing Township to John C. McCutchan, Staten Island, N.Y. has been announced by her parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pat and John Reis of Towamensing Township. She is a 2006 graduate of Palmerton Area High School, and a 2008 graduate of LCCC, where she received an associate degree in business administration. She is currently a senior at East Stroudsburg University, where she is majoring in early childhood education. She is employed as a waitress at Sunny's Pizza in Towamensing Township.

The engagement of Kayla Sherry, daughter of David and Kimberly Sherry of Lehighton, and Andrew Bowman, son of Michael and Janice Bowman of Ashfield, has been announced by the couple's parents.

The bride-to-be is a junior at East Stroudsburg University, where she is majoring in elementary education, and minoring in English.

The prospective bridegroom is a junior at Kutztown University, where he is majoring in music education.

A 2013 wedding is being planned.

She graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College with an associate degree in paralegal studies and works as an office manager at Cheng Law Offices, P.C., Palmerton.

She is currently pursuing a master of science degree in teaching in childhood education at SUNY Cortland.
